After college she discovered Adlerian psychotherapy and since then its principles have guided her career. She followed training courses in this type of psychotherapy both with teachers from Romania and with teachers from the United States, Great Britain, Israel, Switzerland, Germany, Holland and Ireland, getting to know many types of approaches and to outline the most appropriate way of working. At the heart of the approach is the belief that we all have the potential to continue to change and grow throughout our lives, given the right encouragement and support. By understanding ourselves better, discovering the purposes of our behaviors, our beliefs and taking responsibility for what we do, we can find balance.
The decision to come to psychotherapy takes courage, but it can be the first step on a journey of self-awareness, healing and fulfillment.
