Her approach is systemic, relational. She believes that the whole is more than the sum of its parts, that we are born, grow and form ourselves in a system of relationships, governed by rules, messages and patterns, which can both help and burden us. In the therapeutic process you will look at relationships to identify resources and potential for growth.
