My professional experience and academic background form the foundation of my approach: a combination of science and a deep understanding of human needs.
I believe that every person deserves to be guided by evidence-based and personalized methods, but true change happens in a safe space—one where you are genuinely heard, supported, and accepted just as you are.
As a therapist, I rely on cognitive-behavioral therapy, recognized as one of the most effective and well-researched intervention methods.
However, I understand that each person is unique, and the therapeutic process must reflect that uniqueness. That’s why I carefully integrate other therapeutic approaches as well, using creativity and intuition to meet the individual needs of each client.
Job experience
I believe in flexibility and in the power of finding the exact methods that can bring real results for you.
More specifically, in individual therapy I incorporate elements from ACT, DBT, EFT, and Schema Therapy, while in couples therapy the intervention plan is built using the Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
