A member of the European Respiratory Society, the European Sleep Research Society, and the Romanian Society of Pneumology, she participates in numerous scientific congresses with papers presented at these events.
Education
A graduate of the Faculty of General Medicine of the Victor Babeș University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Timișoara in 2004, she completed her residency in Pulmonology at the Victor Babeș Clinical Hospital of Infectious Diseases and Pneumoftiziology in Timișoara during the period 2006–2011.
Job experience
Since 2012 she has worked as a specialist pulmonologist and later as a senior pulmonologist in a private pulmonology outpatient clinic, and since 2015 she has been working within the Cardioprevent Foundation, providing medical care and consultations in the fields of pulmonology and sleep medicine.
In 2015 she obtained the Certificate of Complementary Studies in Sleep Medicine, and in 2019 she obtained the title of Doctor of Medical Sciences with the thesis: “Sleep apnea syndrome – a prognostic predictor in patients with heart failure NYHA class II and III.” She also has extensive research activity, with multiple articles published in specialty journals.
