Dr. Diana Ogneva completed her residency program at the “Dr. Carol Davila” Clinical Nephrology Hospital, where she consolidated her professional foundation in the field of allergology and clinical immunology. Subsequently, she expanded her experience through a 12‑month clinical fellowship at the Centre Hospitalier Régional Universitaire in Tours (France), where she was actively involved in the management of complex cases such as mastocytosis, bradykinin-mediated angioedema, eosinophilias, drug hypersensitivity reactions, severe atopic dermatitis, chronic urticaria, and immunodeficiencies.

Her professional performance has been recognized by obtaining the EAACI–UEMS European Certificate of Excellence, one of the most prestigious certifications in allergology at the European level, attesting to a high level of competence and alignment with international standards.
