Dr. Ioana Damaschin

Dr. Ioana Damaschin is a specialist in ophthalmology and firmly believes that every patient deserves to be listened to patiently and treated with care. She has a strong background in ophthalmology, with clinical and surgical experience gained at the Clinical Emergency Eye Hospital in Bucharest. She specializes in the treatment of anterior and posterior segment eye diseases, monitoring of glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy, as well as myopia control in children using glasses and night lenses (orthokeratology). She also performs procedures such as cataract surgery, treatments for ocular surface diseases, and intravitreal injections.

Dr. Damaschin is passionate about continuous learning and regularly participates in international courses and training to offer her patients the most modern and effective therapeutic solutions.
