Thus, rhinosinusal pathologies are identified through specific investigations (e.g. pharyngolaryngeal fiberoscopy, rigid endoscopy), complemented by a CT examination of the nose and sinuses. If surgical treatment is necessary, it consists of minimally invasive functional rhinosinusal endoscopic surgery, which aims to re-permeabilize the nose and restore sinus ventilation.
Dr. Crăc also addresses infectious-inflammatory pharyngo-laryngeal pathology, which is diagnosed using rhino-pharyngolaryngeal fiberoscopy.
