Dr. Terza worked in the pediatric ward of the Kézdivásárhely hospital for twenty-eight years, serving as head physician between 1987 and 2007. In 1997, he began working independently. That same year, he founded the Pro-Vitam Health Centers in Sfântu Gheorghe, followed by the Promedical Center in Cluj in 1999.
