Natalia Vstavskaia is a clinical nutritionist with an integrative approach to health and lifestyle. She holds a Master’s degree in “Nutrition and Food Safety” and European certifications in Lifestyle Medicine (ELMO), as well as in “Nutrition and Cancer” from Wageningen University.
She completed the “Health After Cancer” course at Stanford University, specializing in nutritional support for cancer survivors. With a solid academic background in applied linguistics and experience working with HoReCa and nutrition clinics in various countries, Natalia promotes healthy and balanced nutrition internationally.
