I am a clinical psychologist with intervention competencies in sports psychology, a psychotherapist with integrative training within the Romanian–British master-level school (A.R.P.I.), and a certified trainer.

I have worked in psychotherapy groups with Romanian and English trainers, carrying out studies and practical activities on existentialism—fear of death and the beauty of life; the concept of the shadow—the dark, deep, unknown or unaccepted side; intervention procedures in relational and couple therapy and sexuality; attachment patterns; applications of Ericksonian hypnosis; relaxation and breathing techniques; somatic therapy; and stress psychotherapy using techniques for managing depression and building resilience.
I have experience in therapeutic intervention both with the general population and with coaches and high-performance athletes, such as Olympic teams in athletics, ballet and contemporary dance, artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, as well as in academic performance, theatre and film, and human medicine.
