I have always known that my path is connected to people. One of my natural characteristics is attentiveness, in all its forms, and I believe that, over time, it has even become my means of connecting with those around me. People's stories, emotions, thoughts, and reactions are more than just simple events. I have always watched them, listened to them, and made room for them, because they are experiences, and how we feel is how we perceive our lives and live them accordingly. However, everything in life has a right moment for us to understand what has happened.
Personal development has taken the form of a dance, two steps forward and two steps back. It helps us remove the obstacles that stand in our way, with gentleness, patience, and attention, and it has the power to build resources and integrate them into everyone's life. One of the most remarkable properties of the brain is its ability to change and adapt to our individual world, and once we look at it, we will find the meaning of what has happened to us. Thus, I propose to make this place an experience close to you, a space where you can stop for at least a few moments.
